Analiese Minott


Analiese was admitted to practice in Jamaica in 2021 and is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. She has a keen interest in general corporate law and civil litigation and is pursuing her LLM in Corporate Governance at the University of Manchester in the UK.
Analiese is a graduate of the University of the West Indies (UWI) where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts with honours in 2015, followed by a Bachelor of Laws with honours in 2018. While at the UWI, she participated in several local and international Model UN competitions, most notably Harvard National Model UN (HNMUN). At HNMUN 2016, along with her teammate, she was placed in the Special Political and Decolonization Committee and awarded a Verbal Commendation. Analiese was also a member of the 2018 UWI Mona Inter-American Human Rights Moot Court Team in Washington D.C.
In 2020, Analiese obtained her Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School and was awarded the Karen Hugh Sam Lee Memorial Prize, which is presented to students who are seen as good ambassadors of the Law School, displaying good leadership qualities, honesty, integrity and probity. While there she also served on the Students’ Association Executive Committee.
Kim M. Gallimore


Kim joined the firm in October 2020 having been admitted to practice in 2017. She graduated from the University of Technology where she obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree with Honours and thereafter from the Norman Manley Law School where she obtained a Legal Education Certificate.
Kim is a member of the Wills, Estate Planning, Probate and Administration of Estates Department where she guides clients through the process of estate planning and drafts the required documentation to facilitate the administration and settlement of estates. She is also a member of the Conveyancing Department where her practice areas include the preparation of mortgages, discharge of mortgages and sales under powers of sale via public auction as well as by private treaty.
Prior to law, Kim spent over twenty years in the private sector where she was engaged in Marketing and Sales, Product Development, Training and Administration. Outside of her legal studies, Kim has a keen interest in the area of Corporate Governance and continues to pursue studies in the areas of compliance, corporate strategy, finance and governance.
She is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association and the Lawyers Christian Fellowship.

Kathryn Williams


Kathryn is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Department, practising in administrative law, and general civil and commercial litigation, including property disputes, contractual disputes, personal injury and employment law.
She was admitted to the Bar in Jamaica in 2016 and as a Barrister of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court (Anguilla Circuit) in 2023. She obtained a Bachelor of Laws with first-class honours from the University of the West Indies and, thereafter, a Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School, where she graduated on the Principal’s Honour Roll and was the Most Outstanding Year II Student. She also holds a Master of Laws in Public Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science, where she specialized in courses such as Terrorism and the Rule of Law, Human Rights Law and International Commercial Arbitration.
In addition to her legal practice, Kathryn is actively engaged in academia and public service and has served as an adjunct tutor at the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus and lecturer at the University College of the Caribbean, teaching courses in Criminal Law and Constitutional Law. She currently serves as a Director at the HEART/NSTA Trust, and is a member of various non-governmental and civil society human rights and anti-corruption organizations in Jamaica. As a keen advocate of human rights and public law issues, Kathryn has published several articles on these topics.
She is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association, serving as Convenor of the Civil Practice and Procedure Committee and a member of the Constitutional Law and Human Rights Committee and a former Co-Chair of the Association’s Social Affairs and Outreach Committee. She is also a member of the Commonwealth Lawyers Association and the Anguilla Bar Association.

Alexander Corrie


Alexander was admitted to practice in 2016. He graduated from the University of the West Indies in 2014 with a Bachelor of Laws degree with Honours and later went on to obtain his Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School. Throughout his time at both institutions he maintained active membership with multiple student committees andparticipated in a variety of student and charity activities.
Alexander has joined the firm’s Commercial Department where his practice focuses on general Corporate & Commercial Law and Conveyancing. This includes the drafting and vetting of commercial agreements and bankers' security and loan documentation, corporate acquisitions, financial services regulation, as well as the preparation of agreements for sale and leases for residential and commercial real estate. His practice also extends to Employment & Industrial Relations Law, where he advises on matters regarding dismissals, redundancy, workplace policies and disciplinary procedures.
Alexander is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association.

Yannic Fletcher


Yannic was admitted to practice in Jamaica in 2015. She obtained her first degree, a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, from the Ivy League institution Brown University. She then went on to acquire a Bachelor of Laws degree (Hons.) from Durham University, a Russel Group University in the United Kingdom, followed by a diploma in Legal Practice from BPP Law School in London. Yannic then pursued and obtained her Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School.
Yannic joined the firm in 2018 and is a member of the Intellectual Property Department. Her practice focuses on the handling of trade mark applications, searches, renewals, oppositions and cancellation actions. She also has responsibility for preparing assignments and trade mark licences for clients, as well as providing advice and opinions on general trade mark law.
At Norman Manley Law School, Yannic was the President of the Children’s Outreach Programme and was bestowed the award for Community Service on graduation. She was also the recipient of the Karen Hugh Sam Lee Memorial prize, awarded to students who over the two-year period, were seen as good ambassadors of the Norman Manley Law School having displayed good leadership qualities, honesty, integrity and probity.
Yannic is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association.
